Just because...

I think I am just going to start doing just because entries. I want to remember the moments where we are just at home doing usual things as well. Here is a picture of a special moment for Aubrey almost 7 years ago. The reason for just because entries..time flies! Today I woke up at 6:30 and headed to the rec center to jog. I only ran 2 miles since I haven't been in a few weeks. I came home to Derek making Belgian waffles..I refrained from having one, but I think I have eaten nonstop the rest of the day. Oh well. We then sent the girls off to school. Derek continued to get ready for work and off he went. The boys and I did laundry and dishes today and watched the Backyardigans. We then got ready to take Aubrey to the dentist to check her retainer. The retainer is doing it's thing and she just has 12 more turns to get her bite to where it needs to be. Since we were at the dentist and he is in the same building as the pediatrician I decided to take the girls to get their flu shot. Rhett also needed his booster flu shot. They were champs and Rhett only cried for a few seconds. After we got home, the kids played in the snow. Kimberly had piano lessons and then they went out in the snow with the neighbor kids to sled. When they came in they of course wanted hot chocolate which makes me lucky because it's my favorite! Derek is driving home and the commute is always long but so much longer in the snow! I am using the crockpot tonight for spaghetti smells delish! Well that's all for now.
