This weekend my mom watched the kids so that Derek and I could get away!
This was the first time since Carson was born that we have gone out for a couple of nights just the 2 of us and only the 4th time since we have had Aubrey who will be turning 7 in a few months! So it was awesome!
We drove to Las Vegas and stayed at Treasure Island. We had a blast just lounging around at the pool, going to dinner, and we also saw Phantom! It was great! We also did a ton of SHOPPING my favorite! The kids made out like bandits it is so fun to shop for little ones. Derek and I did get some things too.
The kids had a great time with my mom. She took them to the Living Aquarium and to Thanksgiving Point to see farm country. They loved sleeping in the front room watching movies and having pizza!
We all had an awesome weekend.

Carson got RSV we took him to the hospital for 5 days at 3 weeks old.

It sounds like everyone had a great weekend!
how fun! we got to leave my two older kids with my mom overnight this month too! it's so nice to have a little break, but reality is hard to come back to, when we get them back and they are over tired, cuz they didn't sleep well. : ) can you say GRUUMMPY! LOL
